Mandy Lamb is an award-winning designer based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She came to Chattanooga via Birmingham, where she worked as design director, designer and writer for clients including Regions Bank, JW Marriott, Cracker Barrel, Mannington, Royal Cup Coffee, Alys Beach, Southern Progress and Children’s Hospital of Alabama. Her twenty years of experience in the branding world spans all aspects of communication design including identity development, brand implementation, advertising, interactive design, showroom and environmental design.
Mandy’s work has been featured in AR100, the Graphis Letterhead Annual and Contract Magazine. She has received the Domtar Paper Envy Award, Addy Awards, and her design was honored in 2010 by the International Interior Design Association with a Best of NeoCon World’s Trade Fair award. She was a William E. Brock Scholar at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she graduated summa cum laude. In 2012, she was nominated and completed the Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders program at Yale School of Management.
Mandy and her team serve a diverse group of clients in food + lifestyle, manufacturing, publishing, wellness, nonprofits, and professional services.
When not designing she can be found raising her young daughters Izzy and Emma, running, or attempting to grow her own food. Mandy happily calls Lookout Mountain, Georgia home.
Victoria Barr is a Graphic Designer that enjoys creative problem-solving. Throughout her 10 years of experience in the branding world, she has worked on a wide array of branding projects from packaging to showrooms, videos to direct mail.
Victoria works closely with large companies and entrepreneurs alike and has designed for brands such as Chattanooga Mini Maker Fare, GIGTANK, Variable, CO.STARTERS, CO.LAB, CHI Memorial, Music & Arts, J+J Flooring, and Elder’s Ace Hardware. Victoria’s environmental work with The Edney Innovation Center appeared in a New York Times article highlighting the Innovation District of Chattanooga.
She has also volunteered graphic design support for WE Women Entrepreneurship as well as redesigned Howard School of Academics and Technology’s baseball logo and mascot in Chattanooga, TN.
Victoria holds a BA in Art from Covenant College where several of her photographs are featured in Carter Hall. When Victoria isn’t working, she can be found cultivating her small farm and dancing at the local salsa club.
Heidi Hetrick is is a Junior Graphic Designer based out of Chattanooga, TN specializing in designing creative solutions to meet client needs.
Heidi interned with us while she was still in design school, and we are so pleased to keep her!
She holds a BA in Art from Covenant College. When not designing, she can be found drawing, reading, or exploring the great outdoors with her dog, Bingley.
